Q: Does Zero Note app require account sign up with Email or Phone number?A: Not required, you can start using the app with an anonymous account.
Q: Are notes stored in plain text or encrypted format on the server?A: All your notes are encrypted on the server. We do not have the key to decrypt them; only you and the recipients you have shared them with do.
Q: What will happen after the notes are destroyed?A: After the notes are destroyed according to your self-destruct rules, they are permanently deleted on the server.. The link will no longer work for you or the recipients you shared with.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Zero Note application (the "Service") and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We CollectWe believe in data minimization. We do not require you to create an account with an email address or phone number to use the Service.A. Encrypted User Content (Notes)All notes created by users are encrypted on the client-side before transmission.End-to-end encrypted notes with server-enforced access rules Architecture: We do not hold the decryption keys. Only you and the recipients you share the link with can access the content of the notes.Storage: Encrypted notes are stored temporarily on Cloudflare.Deletion: Notes are permanently deleted based on your self-destruct rules or our default 30-day deletion policy. Once deleted, they cannot be recovered.B. Functional Metadata (Opt-in Features)If you choose to use specific advanced features, we collect and store the following information to enable them to function:Location-Locked Notes: If you opt-in to geo-fencing, we store the required geographic coordinates.Read Notifications: If you opt-in to email notifications, we store the recipient's email address.Note: Unlike your note content, this functional metadata (coordinates and email addresses) is stored without additional encryption so our systems can trigger location-based access and send notification alerts.
B. Technical Data (Log Data)To ensure service stability and security, we may process minimal technical data, including:Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (processed for security/rate-limiting but not linked to your identity).Device type and Operating System version.App usage statistics (e.g., number of notes created).We do not use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) to track your behavior.

Use of Your InformationWe use the gathered information for the following purposes:To provide and maintain our Service: Ensuring your encrypted notes are stored and delivered.To manage your requests: Attending to your support queries via Zoho or our chat box.Communication: Using Resend to notify senders when a note has been opened (if configured by the user).
4. Third-Party Service ProvidersWe rely on trusted third-party providers to run the Service. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:Cloudflare: For encrypted data storage and secure content delivery.Apple App Store: For app distribution, updates, and payment processing (yearly subscriptions/one-time payments).Resend: To facilitate automated email notifications for note status.Zoho: For managing support communications and product feedback.We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. International Transfers (GDPR Compliance)Your information may be processed in countries outside of your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers (Cloudflare, Apple, etc.) maintain facilities. We ensure that these providers adhere to standard contractual clauses or equivalent data protection frameworks.

Data transmission & storageAll notes created by users are stored & transmitted on Cloudflare and a local copy in iCloud is stored in the app on the device.The lifetime of user notes depends on user configuration. By default, any note created over 30 days ago is automatically and permanently deleted.Zero note do not use 3rd party analytics.
Use of informationAll the information collected are stored in 3rd party server and they are destroyed as per self-destruct rules configured by the users and we do not sell or share this information to others.

Terms of service - Zero Note
Please read these Terms of Use, including those set forth in the Privacy Policy ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the SupaSend application (the "App") made available by Pradeep ("us", "we", or "our").Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the App.
Payments and RefundsThe App requires either a yearly subscription payment or one-time payment, your payment will be processed by Apple's Appstore.
Refunds and Billing DisputesAll sales are final. Pradeep who is the owner of the app issues reimbursements for purchases charged by your bank on a case-by-case basis. No refunds issued if you have purchased via in-app on Apple platform. If you have a billing dispute, it will be addressed by Pradeep or payment processors based on what kind of billing dispute it is.
